Non-Con Retreat!
Grab your machine and come celebrate the friendship in sewing! This retreat will be filled with inspiration, games, prizes, and community. Hosted by Beth G. and Tosha K., the retreat is a perfect time to catch up on UFO's or start a new project with friends. Enjoy a day of quilting, sewing, embroidery (or whatever your medium)!
Saturday afternoon, Stefany Anno of A Pink Life Quilt's will stop by and host a quick bag class on the Hemingway Pouch! This class is OPTIONAL! The only requirement is supplies, which will be available at the bag bar (at the studio or the shop)!
Friday February 20th : 10am-8pm
Saturday February 21st: 8am-8pm
Sunday February 22nd: 9am-3pm
Come and go as you please! Leave your station set up overnight!
Lunch will be provided on Saturday and a light breakfast will be included on Sunday morning. Tea, coffee, and other beverages and snacks will be available! Bring your favorite drinks and snacks to share!
-Participants will receive a 10% discount in the shop.
-You must bring your own machine!
-Use of lounge and select notions.
-Sew stations are first come first serve based on arrival to studio.
-No guests, children or pets allowed.
-Retreat is non-refundable. You may transfer your reservation to another date!

Bag Class Information:
This quick and easy sew features a lined pouch and a zipper that's angled to perfection.
Supplies: Individual copy of pattern. You can purchase the Hemingway Pouch Pattern HERE. Please see image below for requirements. Fabric, Soft & Stable, Zipper selection as denoted in pattern. Please refer to the pattern for directional fabric requirements. Also bring: ruler, rotary cutter, pins/clips, scissors, colorful thread for topstitching. **glue basting bottle for zipper tape placement- option but helps.
Stefany will also have her famous Bag Bar (including pre quilted fabrics, zippers, pulls and all the supplies!) at the class so you can just bring your machine and start creating!
If you bring your own fabric please ensure your fabrics are quilted prior to class so you can create as many as possible! Let us know if you need yardage quilted for your pouches!
