United States Shipping: 


$5.00 Shipping

  • All orders up to 1 pound will (approximately 1 yard) will ship First Class with tracking. Your tracking number will start with "940". These packages are taking 7-10 business days for arrival during the holiday season.
  •  All orders above 1 pound with ship 2-3 day priority. Your tracking number will start with "940". These packages are taking 3-5 business days for arrival during the holiday season.
  • Curb Side Pick Up- Prior to selecting "Curb Side Pick Up" you must have prearranged this with us prior to ordering. Orders that are not prearranged will be cancelled and refunded. 

Canadian Shipping: 
  • Orders Shipped under $20 will ship for $7
  • Orders Ranging from $20-$50 will Ship for $12
  • Order Ranging from $50.01-$99.99 will ship for $23
  • Order Ranging from $100-$200 will Ship for $45
  • Orders over $200 will ship for FREE
  • ALL SHIPPING OVERAGES WILL BE REFUNDED

Hello 👋 2023 Holiday Season!

As we jump into the 2023 holiday season we wanted to remind our fabulous customers of a few processing and shipping highlights!
⭐️All products are in-stock and ready to ship.
⭐️Most orders are cut and shipped 72 hours. This is our full time job and we make every effort to get your order in the mail so you can continue creating!
⭐️USPS has already stated they are using more ground versus air transportation this year in effort to keep shipping prices down, however this does increase transit time. Do not wait until the last minute to order your pretties!
⭐️We do not have a magic ball and cannot predict how long your orders will take to arrive. Once your package has left our possession and is in the hands of USPS, we can no longer update you any better than USPS. Please reach out to your local post office or mailman if your tracking has not updated or you have questions locating your package. USPS can tell you exactly where they left your package. If your package has not arrive din 10 business days, please reach out to us and we are happy to check with our local postman as well❤️
⭐️We do not offer refund, please reach out to us if there are any concerns with your orders. Shipping on line can be hard! We do our best with pictures and descriptions. If you have any questions on how fabrics will coordinate or the true color of a fabric, please contact us and we are happy to help!
⭐️Despite shipping costs being high, we have kept our shipping costs low at $5.00 in order to keep fabric in our quilty friends hands! If you place multiple orders (and they have not shipped) we will combine them and refund the extra shipping charges.


Cancellations

This shop is our full time job. Cancellations are difficult because most orders are immediately processed, even if your shipping label notification isn't sent until later in the day or the following day. We accept cancellations within 1-Hour of purchase simply by messaging us on the contact page. 


Returns

Our ultimate goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase! We accept returns on a limited basis, please contact us immediately so we can work with you to ensure your satisfaction. If a product in your order is incorrect, damaged or missing, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of order. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace, reship or refund if we’re not notified within those first 14 days. 

Refunds will be issued once items have been received by the shop. Refunds for shipping charges will be at our discretion. Refunds on shipping charges for refused or abandoned packages will be at our discretion.

All returns must be in original condition and packaging (fabric plastic wrapped for protection) and they must not have a smoke odor to them. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded.

Returns of products with Manufacturer Warranties: If you’ve purchased a product that came with a Manufacturer Warranty please follow the instructions included with your product warranty for details on how to proceed for repair or replacement. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of damaged or malfunctioning warrantied products.
